How do I calculate fantasy points from a box score?

Multiply each stat in the box score by your league's value for it and add them up, as in the real game below. Or let the calculator do it: search the player under Load a real game and pick the game, and every stat fills in, scored in all three formats. How many fantasy points is 1 reception?

1 point in PPR, 0.5 in Half-PPR and 0 in Standard. Nothing else changes between the three formats, so a player's PPR total minus his Standard total is exactly his number of catches.

Is 200 fantasy points a lot?

For a season, yes for a tight end or receiver, about average for a running back and no for a quarterback. In 2025 Half-PPR scoring, 200 points finished as the TE2, WR8, RB16 and QB22. In full PPR it was the TE3, WR23, RB22 and QB22: 15 more receivers reach 200 when every catch pays a full point, not half.

How many points is a 70-yard field goal in fantasy football?

5 points in standard kicker scoring, the same as any field goal of 50+ yards: the longest bracket most leagues have. Leagues that add a 60+ bracket or pay per yard give more, so check your settings, or score the whole kicking line in the kicker calculator.

What is the difference between PPR, Half-PPR and Standard scoring?

Only the value of a catch: PPR pays 1 point per reception, Half-PPR 0.5 and Standard 0. Everything else is the same, so a 7-catch game is worth 7 more points in PPR than in Standard, and 3.5 more in Half-PPR.

How many fantasy points is a passing yard worth?

0.04 points in most leagues, or 1 point per 25 yards (a few pay 1 per 20). 250 passing yards is 10 points, 300 is 12 and 400 is 16, before touchdowns and interceptions. Rushing and receiving yards pay 0.1, so 100 yards is 10 points.

How many points is a passing touchdown worth?

4 points in most leagues, and 6 in some. Rushing and receiving touchdowns are worth 6 in nearly every league. To match a 6-point league, set Passing TD to 6 under Custom league scoring.

Do fumbles cost fantasy points?

A lost fumble costs 2 points in common scoring. A fumble your own team recovers costs nothing in most leagues, which is why the calculator asks for fumbles lost.

Does it work with custom league scoring?

For the common variants, yes. Custom league scoring covers 6-point passing touchdowns, a −1 interception (the Yahoo and Sleeper default; ESPN and NFL.com use −2), 100-yard rushing and receiving and 300-yard passing bonuses, points per first down and long-touchdown bonuses.
