146 more players are at or below replacement in your settings — worth about 0 in a trade, since a team can pick up a similar player for free. Their order is on the rest-of-season rankings.
Replacement level in your settings
A replacement QB in your settings is the QB13 at 17.2 PPG. 12 teams × 1 QB = 12 starters, so the best QB left is the QB13.
A replacement RB in your settings is the RB33 at 8.3 PPG. 12 teams × 2 RB = 24 starters, and the flex seats take 8 more, so the best RB left is the RB33.
A replacement WR in your settings is the WR29 at 9.0 PPG. 12 teams × 2 WR = 24 starters, and the flex seats take 4 more, so the best WR left is the WR29.
A replacement TE in your settings is the TE13 at 8.4 PPG. 12 teams × 1 TE = 12 starters, so the best TE left is the TE13.
Show the math: Jahmyr Gibbs
value = max(0, ROS PPG − replacement PPG) × games left · scaled = 100 × value ÷ the #1's value
Jahmyr Gibbs (DET RB): his model line is worth 20.37 half-PPR points a game over 3 2026 games. The market prior is his preseason RB1 ADP, worth 21.51 a game and counted as 4 games: (3 × 20.37 + 4 × 21.51) ÷ (3 + 4) = 21.02 half-PPR points a game.
Scored in your league (Half-PPR), that stat line is worth 21.00 a game (0.03 off the blend because the stat line is stored rounded).
Games left, Weeks 4–17: 13 (not counting his Week 6 bye). ROS points: 21.00 × 13 = 272.9.
Replacement: A replacement RB in your settings is the RB33 at 8.3 PPG. 12 teams × 2 RB = 24 starters, and the flex seats take 8 more, so the best RB left is the RB33.
Value above replacement: (21.00 − 8.26) × 13 = 165.6 points.
On the 0–100 scale: 165.6 ÷ 165.6 × 100 = 100, where 165.6 is the value of the most valuable player in your settings.

What the numbers mean
A player's trade value is how many more fantasy points he should score from now until the end of your season than the player you could replace him with off waivers:
value = max(0, ROS PPG − replacement PPG) × games left
ROS PPG is the rest-of-season projection behind the rest-of-season rankings: the weekly model run with no opponent, blended with preseason ADP worth 4 games. Games left runs through Week 14 or Week 17, less any bye. Replacement is the best player your league's starting lineups leave on waivers: fill every team's starters, then the flex, then superflex, and take the best one left at each position. The chart prints it in your settings, player rank and all.
The 0–100 scale. The most valuable player in your settings is 100 and everyone else is a share of him, so a 50 is worth half the points above replacement. Every position uses the same 100, so a 40 at quarterback and a 40 at receiver are worth the same in a trade.
Why settings move everything. In a bigger league, or one that starts more players, the waiver wire is thinner, replacement drops, and every starter is worth more. Superflex adds a second quarterback slot to every team, so the replacement quarterback is far worse and quarterbacks climb the chart. PPR and TE premium change each player's points directly.
Two-for-one trades. Add up each side's values. A bench player near replacement adds about 0, and the side that receives more players has to drop someone worth about 0 to make room — so two mid-tier players can add up to less than one star even when their combined points look bigger.
Does the projection hold up? In a walk-forward backtest over 2024 and 2025, the rest-of-season projection behind these values beat each player’s season average at every position, and adding strength of schedule made it worse at every position — so schedule is not in the value. The full backtest is on the rankings page.
What this chart doesn't cover
This is a redraft chart: it values this season only. It leaves out:
- — Next season and beyond: the value stops at Week 17, so a 22-year-old and a 31-year-old with the same rest-of-season line are worth the same here.
- — Age curves: no position-by-position decline or growth is applied.
- — Rookie draft picks: a pick has no rest-of-season points, so it has no value on this chart.
- — Contracts, keeper costs and salary caps.
Trading picks? The draft pick trade calculator values redraft picks, and the dynasty pick value chart values rookie picks for future years.
What these values can't tell you
Your roster matters. A value is league-wide: a third quarterback is worth little to a team that already starts two good ones, whatever the chart says. Weigh what each side does to your starting lineup.
Projections miss. Rest-of-season projections missed by 2–4 points a game on average in the backtest. Values a tier apart are close; a few points apart is a coin flip.
Injuries beyond this week aren't in it. Only a player ruled Out on this week's report, or on injured reserve on nflverse's weekly rosters (flagged on his row), loses a game; how long an absence lasts is not known to the model. Check the injury report before you accept.
Role changes lag. A promoted backup, a starter back from injury, or a traded player is valued on his old role until new games arrive.
Kickers and defenses aren't valued, and 100-yard, 300-yard, long-touchdown and return-touchdown scoring isn't projected.
